Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s estimated transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next applicable business day.
During product launches, special promotions, holidays, preorders, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required. Customers will be notified when a product has a substantially different processing or expected shipping schedule.
USPS Shipping
TTU primarily ships eligible domestic orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). The shipping service used may depend on the product’s size, weight, destination, and shipping option selected or available for the order.
USPS Ground Advantage currently has an expected delivery timeframe of approximately 2–5 days, while Priority Mail has a service objective of approximately 2–3 days. These are USPS service standards and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, holidays, transportation issues, destination, and other circumstances may affect delivery. (USPS)
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is included with the shipping service, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been prepared and a shipping label has been created. Please allow time for USPS to accept and scan the package before tracking information begins updating.
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery and tracking updates are managed by the postal carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, and ZIP Code before submitting your purchase.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact TTU as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
If a package is returned to TTU because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, the customer may be responsible for any additional postage required to have the order shipped again.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or has not arrived, please first review the tracking information provided by USPS.
For eligible insured domestic shipments, USPS establishes specific timeframes for filing lost-mail claims. For example, claims for lost Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage shipments generally may be filed beginning 15 days after mailing and no later than 60 days after mailing. (USPS)
TTU will provide available order and shipping documentation when reasonably necessary to assist with an eligible USPS inquiry or claim.
Damaged Packages
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact TTU promptly and provide your order information, photographs of the damaged product, photographs of the shipping package, and photographs of any damaged or missing contents.
Please keep the original packaging and damaged merchandise until the matter has been resolved. USPS advises customers to retain the packaging and damaged contents because they may be required for inspection when an insurance claim is filed. USPS permits claims for damaged or missing contents to be filed immediately, but generally no later than 60 days from the mailing date. (USPS)
USPS Insurance
Certain USPS services include insurance coverage. As of 2026, USPS states that Ground Advantage includes up to $100 of insurance, with additional coverage available for purchase. USPS also provides insurance with certain other qualifying services, subject to its applicable rules and limitations. (USPS)
Any USPS insurance claim remains subject to USPS eligibility requirements, documentation requirements, filing deadlines, approval, and coverage limitations.
Delivered Packages
If USPS tracking shows an order as delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, household members, neighbors when appropriate, and the tracking information before contacting USPS.
TTU is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement that occurs after USPS has confirmed delivery to the address provided with the order. However, we will provide reasonable assistance with available shipping information when possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is finalized. Shipping costs may vary based on the weight, dimensions, destination, packaging requirements, and USPS service used.
Returns & Refunds
Shipping policies are separate from TTU's Return and Refund Policy. TTU merchandise and other purchases remain subject to the return, exchange, and refund terms stated on the website at the time of purchase.
